AGRONOMIC CHARACTERISTICS
Vigorous, upright growing. Sensitive to drought .Very productive; therefore, it requires a controlled pruning.
OENOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS
Produces dry, slightly acidic wines, which can be barrel-fermented. Widely used for producing Cava.
