Sprout occurs at the same time as the Tempranillo variety and it ripens 4-5 days later.

Medium, dense, cylindrical clusters.

Sensitive to botrytis and acarinosis.
AGRONOMIC CHARACTERISTICS
Medium fertility and productivity. Very sensitive to chlorosis. Requires regular irrigation. Controlling its maturation is important in warm areas to produce Crianza wines.
OENOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS
Produces high quality wines thanks to the great colour potential and the content of polyphenols.
